Terms & Conditions

A ticket is a licence to attend the event on the date and in the zone it names. It is not transferable once it has been exchanged for an entry card at the counter.

Every booking is confirmed by email. That email carries a QR code, and the code is what the counter exchanges for entry cards — one card per ticket on the booking.

Entry is by the NFC card handed over at the counter, not by the QR code. A day card admits one person once and is collected at the door. A season card carries a pool of entries usable across the run and stays with you until it is spent.

Report a lost or damaged card at the counter. A replacement carries whatever entries were left on the original.

The organiser may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, behaves unsafely, carries a prohibited item, or cannot produce a valid entry card.

Security checks are a condition of entry. Outside food and drink, weapons, and any item the venue lists as prohibited are not permitted.

Timings, the line-up and the layout may change. Where a change is material the organiser will tell ticket holders at the email address on the booking.

If a night is cancelled outright, the refund policy applies.

You attend at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property, or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
