Cancellation Policy
How a booking with SHRINGAR BRIDAL STUDIO can be cancelled, by you or by us.
Cancelling your booking
A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled by the ticket holder. Please check the night, the zone and the quantity before you pay.
Where a booking was created in error and no entry card has been collected against it, write to us and we will look at it case by case.
An unpaid booking
A booking that is created and not paid for holds its seats for a short period only. If payment does not complete in that time the booking is cancelled automatically and the seats go back on sale. Nothing is charged.
Cancellation by the organiser
The organiser may cancel a night for reasons of safety, weather, a government direction, or any other cause outside its reasonable control.
Ticket holders are told at the email address on the booking, and the refund policy applies.
Partial cancellation
Where part of a booking is cancelled, only the cancelled tickets are refunded. The rest of the booking, and the cards already collected against it, are unaffected.
