The map on the home page opens directions in Google Maps.

Any one of these is enough to find a booking:

• The order number, which starts NV- and is on the ticket email and the order page.
• The email address or mobile number the booking was made with.
• For a refund or a cancellation, say which tickets of the booking it is about.

The Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy, linked at the foot of every page, say what can be refunded and how long it takes. Write to us with the order number and we will take it from there.

A ticket that has not arrived is usually in the spam or promotions folder. The order page linked from the booking can send it again without waiting for a reply.

The registered entity, its GSTIN and its registered office are in the business details at the foot of this page. That is the entity a payment appears from on your statement, and the one to name in a dispute with your bank.
