Refund Policy

A full refund of the ticket price is made where:

• The event, or the night you booked, is cancelled by the organiser.
• The night is rescheduled and you tell us within 7 days of the announcement that the new date does not suit you.
• You were charged twice for the same booking, or charged for a booking that was never confirmed.

Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, for not attending, or once the entry card has been collected at the counter.

A ticket is not refundable where admission was refused for a breach of the terms and conditions.

Email navratrirangtali@gmail.com with your order number, which is on your confirmation email, and the reason. We will confirm within 3 working days whether a refund is due.

A refund is always returned to the original payment method. We cannot pay a refund to a different card, account or person.

Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.

A refunded booking has its QR code cancelled, so the cards on it can no longer be collected.
